What to Expect

  • Follow-Along Workouts: Timed interval training with detailed demonstrations of exercises and boxing drills before each session.

  • Warming Up is Key: Dedicate 10-15 minutes to warm up properly before every workout. This prepares your body for the explosive movements ahead.

  • Pace Yourself: Follow my demo pace as a goal, but adjust to a speed that matches your comfort level. Building endurance takes time—consistency is the secret to success!

  • Practice First: Physically practice drills with my demonstrations to master the form and avoid distractions during workouts.

  • Safety First: Some exercises require advanced strength and athleticism. Modify any movement to fit your fitness level. Prioritize safety and embrace the process—it’s all about progress and growth.
