Meet the Instructor

Hi, I’m Toby Wilson, your go-to fitness coach, here to help you crush your goals and transform your workouts! With nearly 30 years of boxing and strength training experience, including a career as an Amateur/Pro Boxer and Golden Gloves winner, I’ve dedicated my life to mastering the art of fitness. For 15 years, I trained under one of the most respected names in the sport, refining the skills and strategies I now share with clients every day.

As a gym owner and strength coach, I’ve guided hundreds of people—beginners to seasoned athletes—on their journey to fitness success. Whether it’s building strength, improving endurance, or pushing past limits, I’m here to make sure you achieve results you never thought possible.
